Hello, do we need to send new premium info in each year or are we able to adjust that ourselves somehow, especially if that is the only thing changing?

Hey Allison, it depends. There are instances where you can update the plan rates yourself through a Benefits Plan Renewal. However, if the carriers are changing, we suggest completing benefit plan setup forms and sending those to us to build the new plans for you and you can tie the benefit plan renewal on the insurance plans when they are built for you. The other videos referenced (showing the enrollment from the employee side) are no longer available in the place it directs us to. Are they available elsewhere?
