What if these options aren't there on your account?? Or when I do the second option, it says that they aren't available

Good morning,
The reason you won't be able to pull electronic tax information is most likely due to your access level. I am fairly confident you're at Limited Employee Access which does not allow you to view personal identifiable information and also does not allow you to pull electronic tax information. If you want to pull your electronic tax information, you will need to upgrade your access by going to your user ID at the top right hand corner and click on Account Management. There should be a box which gives you the option to upgrade your account to Full Employee Access. Once you do this; it should allow you to pull your W-2's.

I click on view my w2 but it won't download. Now it use to let me view my paystub and w2 but all sudden it stopped

Good morning!

If you attempt to download the 2019 W2 it will not download until it is available. The only reason I can think of which would not allow you to view your W2 or paycheck stubs would be due to you have limited employee access. If you can click on your picture at the top right hand corner--> Account Settings. See if you're listed as Full or Limited employee access. If you have limited employee access, you will need to upgrade your account to full.

I left an employer and can not get logged into netchex. My employer told me to use my email and reset my password, when i type in my email it says it doesnt recognize it even though netchex sent me an email at that email address to authorize electronic w-2. How do i get this resolved?

Hey Steve,

Thank you for the comment! I'm not sure if you've ever logged into Netchex before but this would impact your ability to get into Netchex for the first time if you have not logged in before. 
1) If you have logged in, you need to ask your employer for your User ID (typically the first initial from your first name, first initial from your middle name and your last name (sometimes followed by a number if there are multiple Steve Vaughn's). When you have this, you can do the forgot password function. If you know your user ID, just do forgot password and enter in your User ID.
2) If you've never logged in before, your employer will need to get you your user ID and will need to do a couple of steps in the background to get you setup (please have them call our customer service line to speak with our reps about the process).

Hey Hector,

It is very possible you've never logged into Netchex before. I suggest reaching out to your site administrator. Also, W2's are typically printed/sealed and shipped to the clients main site and they distribute to the employees in person or by mail. I would also suggest letting your administrator know what your current address is as well so it is mailed to the correct location. I hope you have a great day!

We unfortunately cannot reset your account as the employer will need to do this. If they're having difficulty, please have them call our customer service team so we can walk them through the steps to get your account activated.
