What if these options aren't there on your account?? Or when I do the second option, it says that they aren't available

Good morning,
The reason you won't be able to pull electronic tax information is most likely due to your access level. I am fairly confident you're at Limited Employee Access which does not allow you to view personal identifiable information and also does not allow you to pull electronic tax information. If you want to pull your electronic tax information, you will need to upgrade your access by going to your user ID at the top right hand corner and click on Account Management. There should be a box which gives you the option to upgrade your account to Full Employee Access. Once you do this; it should allow you to pull your W-2's.
